Accounts

Our online store is managed and run by Yum Factor Marketing and Distribution.

Click the My Account button at the top of every page and then click Register to create an account. Alternatively, you can create an account during the last step of placing an order online.

Yum Factor and our Afrikano online store are separate entities. If you have a Yum Factor account please contact our offices with your request using the Contact Form or call 021 811 2678. If you have an account on the website here, please navigate to My Account and sign in to view your online orders.

Payments & Personal Information

  • Credit Card – MasterCard or Visa only via our secure payment gateway via PayFast.
  • EFT – Provided instantly and securely via PayFast.

Yes! We store no credit card or other payment details on our server and all payments are handled through Payfast. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

We don’t lease machines but we can assist you with the outright purchase or third party financing of coffee machines and all coffee-related products. If you can’t find the machine you are looking for on our Online Shop, please fill in our Contact Form and we’ll see what we can do.

Yes, we sell all the necessary cleaning products to keep your machine in good working order, as well as all the tools a barista would need. Please get in touch via the Contact Form for more information.

Shipping & Returns

Our offices are based at Unit A4, Icon Business Park, Fourie Street, Brackenfell, CAPE TOWN.

We ship every weekday. No deliveries over weekends or public holidays.

If your coffee order is received before 12 noon and you’re located in Cape Town, then it’s very likely you’ll be enjoying your coffee the following day. Delivery to other areas in South Africa can take up to 2 working days.

Machine orders will take up to 2 weeks depending on stock availability.

R35 within a radius of 50km of Durbanville, Cape Town. For the rest of the country we charge a R65 flat fee.

Machine shipping is free.

If the packaging or actual coffee has been damaged and is unusable or it is not what you ordered please contact us at orders@afrikanocoffee.co.za so we can hook you up with the right stuff.
